These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Urbicode Services LLC (“Urbicode,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, including integrations via OAuth 2.0, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Urbicode’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using Urbicode, you represent that you meet these requirements.

  1. OAuth 2.0 Authentication
  • Our services may request access to certain data via OAuth 2.0 with providers such as Google.
  • You will be presented with a consent screen that specifies the scopes (permissions) requested.
  • Urbicode will only use the data granted by you for the explicit purposes of providing the requested services.
  • You may revoke these permissions at any time from your Google account or through Urbicode.

All intellectual property rights in the software, services, designs, trademarks, and related materials are owned by Urbicode or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services in accordance with these Terms.

  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
  • The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • Urbicode does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urbicode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  1. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Urbicode, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the services. You may discontinue use and revoke OAuth 2.0 access at any time.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

  1. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
